Dear Mellow Walk:

Thank you for making the most comfortable steel toed shoes. I work in the Casino industry and I've been wearing heavy shoes/boots for the past 9 years and my feet have paid the price. A co-worker bought a pair of Mellow Walk's and convinced me to go to Mark's Work Wearhouse to at least try them on. I now have happy feet. I look forward to slipping them on in the morning and don't cringe at the thought of a 12.5 hour shift. I sometimes even wear them when I'm not at work, the ones I bought were Jamie 4098. Please keep making this one. You've got customer for life.

Mellow Walk safety shoes are certified to Canadian (CSA Z195-10) and American (ASTM F2412-05) standards.

Grade 1 toe in combination with sole puncture protection.

Grade 1 toe protection capable of withstanding impacts up to 125 Joules.

Grade 2 toe protection capable of withstanding impacts up to 90 Joules.

An outsole that provides resistance to electric shock up to 18,000 volts.

For industries where static discharge can create a hazard.

You would be right in thinking that Mellow Walk is an odd name for a steel toe shoe. After all, our name doesn’t evoke a wild animal or harsh unforgiving climate. In fact it doesn’t have a rugged ring at all.

Our new lines of CSA approved steel-toe comfort shoes possess both good looks and comfortable styling. If there is any complaint about our steel-toe comfort shoes it may be that you can’t tell that there is a steel-toe inside them. Thank goodness for the CSA tag, otherwise who would know?
